Terms of sale.

Purchases on veloramattress.com are sold by LVL8 SUPPLY Inc, which operates the VELORA Mattress brand.

We sell physical mattresses and pillows for delivery within our delivery area (the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Washington, DC). We do not sell subscriptions, memberships or recurring plans.

All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). The price charged is the price confirmed by our system for the selected model and size at the time of your order.

• You choose a delivery address and select "Continue to secure payment". We save your order as unpaid and take you directly to Stripe's secure payment page. Nothing is charged until you complete payment there; if you leave without paying, you can resume payment from your account while the items remain available.
• Our checkout confirms that your address is within our delivery area and that the items are in stock. If either cannot be confirmed, the order cannot be paid and no payment is taken.
• One delivery fee applies per order: orders that include a mattress are charged the mattress delivery fee for your state (any pillows in the same order are included), and pillow-only orders are charged the pillow shipping fee. Current fees are listed in our delivery policy.
• Before payment, you are shown the delivery fee, any applicable sales tax and the order total, together with an estimated delivery window.
• Your order is confirmed only after payment is successfully received.

Payment is taken on a secure checkout page provided by Stripe, our payment processor, using only the payment methods shown to you on that page. Card details are entered on Stripe's page and are not stored on our servers.

Where sales tax applies, it is calculated from your delivery address and shown before you pay.

You may request a return of mattresses and pillows within 30 days of delivery, and you may request cancellation before your order is dispatched. Both are requested through our support team. Full details are in our returns & cancellations policy.

VELORA mattresses come with a 10-year manufacturer warranty. Coverage is governed by the written manufacturer warranty terms supplied with each mattress. You can request a copy at any time by emailing support@veloramattress.com. The manufacturer warranty does not apply to pillows.

We do not offer a sleep trial. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable law.
