Delivery.

We deliver to any address in the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Washington, DC. There is no distance limit within a supported state, and no manual approval before payment.

We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, military (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses, or outside the United States. Our checkout will not accept those addresses.

• Orders containing a mattress (including mixed mattress-and-pillow orders), East Coast I-95 states (Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida) and Washington, DC: $49.99 USD per order.
• Orders containing a mattress (including mixed mattress-and-pillow orders), all other contiguous U.S. states: $199.00 USD per order.
• Pillow-only orders (no mattress): $9.99 USD per order to any supported state or DC. Pillows ordered together with a mattress are included in the mattress delivery fee — no extra charge.
• The fee is set by your delivery address and shown in your order and at checkout before you pay.
• After payment, we contact you to arrange an estimated delivery window.
• We do not offer free delivery and we do not promise a fixed delivery time. Delivery windows are estimates.
• All amounts are in U.S. dollars (USD). Sales tax, where applicable, is shown before payment.

If we need to change your delivery date or window, we will contact you using the details on your order. If you need to change it, please contact us as early as possible at support@veloramattress.com or +1 (781) 795-0011.

Please inspect your delivery and contact us as soon as possible if anything arrives damaged or is not what you ordered. We will review it with you. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable law.
