Privacy policy.

• Account: your email address and password (stored by our sign-in provider, not readable by us), or your Google account email and name if you choose “Continue with Google”, plus any name and phone number you add to your profile.
• Addresses: delivery addresses you save, and our team's eligibility review of them.
• Orders: items, sizes, prices, delivery fee, order status, delivery scheduling, delivery notes, and proof-of-delivery records (such as the name of the person who received the delivery and, if taken, a photo).
• Payments: payment status, amounts, tax amounts and Stripe reference numbers. Online payments are made on Stripe's secure hosted checkout page, and card and other payment details are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store full card details on our servers.
• Messages: what you send us by email or phone.

Your shopping bag is saved in your browser's local storage so it is kept between visits. When you sign in, your session is also kept in your browser so you stay signed in. These are needed for the site to work. We have not added advertising or analytics tracking to this site.

Loading some pages makes your browser request content directly from other services, which receive technical information such as your IP address and browser type:

• Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.

• To create and secure your account.
• To review delivery eligibility, quote delivery, schedule and complete deliveries.
• To process payments, refunds and sales tax, and keep business and tax records.
• To contact you about your order and respond to your requests.
• To prevent fraud and misuse of the site.

We share information only as needed to run the store:

• Our hosting, database and sign-in provider (Lovable Cloud, built on Supabase), which stores account, address and order information on our behalf.
• Google, if you choose to sign in with Google.
• Stripe, our payment processor, to take payment, calculate tax and handle refunds.
• Our own delivery team, who see the details needed to deliver your order.
• Authorities or advisers where required by law or to protect our rights.

We keep account information while your account is open, and order, payment and tax records for as long as needed for delivery, customer support, accounting, tax and legal purposes. Information that is no longer needed is deleted.

Access to customer and order information is restricted: customers can only see their own orders, and only authorized staff can see order management. Connections to the site are encrypted. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

To ask to see, correct or delete your information, or with any privacy question, contact us. We may need to confirm your identity, and we may keep records we are required to keep.
